Payment is required in full at the time of placing your order. We accept major debit and credit cards. All prices include VAT where applicable and are displayed clearly before checkout.
We use secure, encrypted payment processing. We do not store full card details on our systems. Pricing is subject to change; however, you will always be charged the price confirmed at the point of purchase.
Once your order has been reviewed and approved by our pharmacist, your medication will be dispatched within 1 working day. Delivery timescales may vary depending on your location and carrier performance, but we aim to ensure prompt receipt of all orders.
Medicines are dispatched in discreet, temperature-appropriate packaging. We cannot be held responsible for delays caused by circumstances outside our control, including postal disruptions or incorrect delivery addresses provided by the customer.

You may cancel your order at any time before a prescription has been issued and your order dispatched. To cancel, please contact us as soon as possible by email or telephone.

Refund requests will be assessed on a case-by-case basis in line with our Refund Policy. Where a refund is approved, it will be processed within 14 days to your original payment method.
